Shipping policy

Every Wild Canvas order is packed by hand in Diani, Kenya, and delivered across the country through Wells Fargo Courier, with full tracking from our door to yours.

Processing & Dispatch — Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are sent out on the next working day.

Delivery Timelines (Kenya) — Most deliveries within Kenya arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on your region. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take a little longer.

Delivery Rates — Rates are calculated by destination and shown at checkout. Our updated regional rates are being finalised and will appear at checkout shortly.

Order Tracking — Every order is fully tracked. Once your parcel is on its way, we'll email you the Wells Fargo tracking details.

Damaged or Missing Items — If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or solution.
