How are your products made?

All items are made to order, created only when you purchase — helping reduce overproduction and waste. Our partners use eco-friendly inks and sustainable materials whenever possible.

Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted print partners around the world, so your order is shipped from the location closest to you whenever possible — helping reduce carbon emissions and delivery time.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Each item is made to order to reduce waste and avoid overproduction — keeping our process more earth-friendly. Production usually takes 3–7 business days, and delivery depends on your location — typically 5–15 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times and rates vary by region, but all prices include free shipping unless stated otherwise.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because every product is made to order, changes or cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins right away.

Refunds & Returns

All our products are custom-made just for you, so we don’t accept returns or refunds unless the item is damaged. If something arrives faulty or not as expected, reach out within 7 days, and we’ll make it right.

If my item arrives damaged?

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.

What did you do in the Masai Mara?

worked for 17 years as a wildlife veterinarian, anti-poaching canine unit supervisor and bush pilot in the Masai Mara ecosystem, providing medical care for wild animals through the Mara Conservancy.
