We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. Because each item is custom-printed on demand through our trusted production partners, we do not accept standard returns. This helps reduce unwanted stock and waste.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery.
When contacting us, include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue
Once verified, we will either:
- Offer a free replacement, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method
Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will be processed and cannot be canceled.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
- Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)
- Incorrect size, color, or personalization entered at checkout
- Delays caused by customs or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
